About the Role
Whisky Labs is a growing startup digital agency that works with startups, DTC brands, and e-commerce businesses. We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can generate and convert leads into long-term clients.
The role involves cold outreach (Instagram, LinkedIn, email, calls) , converting hot leads , closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold outreach via Instagram, LinkedIn, and email campaigns to generate leads.
- Make cold calls and follow up with prospects to book meetings and demos.
- Convert warm / hot leads from inbound inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Present and pitch agency services (SMM, performance marketing, web development, SEO, etc.) to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Share performance updates and insights with the leadership team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confidence in handling both cold and hot leads through structured follow-ups.Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaign tools .Self-motivated with a sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset .Prior experience in digital agency, sales, business development, or client servicing is a plus.What We Offer
