Sales Executive – IT Services (Bangalore)
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in our IT services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling a wide range of technology solutions, including IT infrastructure services, digital transformation solutions, cloud services, AI / ML offerings, managed IT services, ERP / LMS platforms, digital content solutions, cybersecurity services, and application development . The role requires close coordination with the technology team. Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across assigned industries and markets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, key decision-makers, and IT leadership teams.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions; prepare proposals and present them to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date sales reports, pipeline status, and CRM records.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT services sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Excellent client relationship and account management skills.
Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
Professional and positive personality with strong spoken and written English skills.
