Job Summary :
As a Robotics Deployment Intern at 10xConstruction.ai , you'll play a key role in testing and refining AI-powered robotic systems designed to transform the construction industry. This hands-on role involves cross-functional collaboration across mechanical design, embedded systems, ROS-based control, and computer vision. You'll contribute to real-world experiments, data analysis, and quality assurance, gaining end-to-end robotics experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and execution of experimental protocols for integrated robotic systems
- Set up and maintain test environments—both physical and simulated
- Collect, document, and analyze data to assess system performance and reliability
- Contribute to quality assurance by identifying system bugs, logging anomalies, and ensuring repeatability and data accuracy
- Suggest engineering improvements based on experimental outcomes
- Annotate datasets for computer vision models as needed
- Participate in the design and analysis of statistically sound experiments (DOE)
- Create clear technical documentation and test reports
Qualifications And Skills
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer EngineeringStrong academic record with relevant hands-on robotics or automation experienceFamiliarity with embedded systems (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi) and basic electronicsExperience with ROS and / or Python / C++ is preferredDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skillsBasic understanding of Design of Experiments (DOE) is a plusAvailable for a 6-month full-time internshipImmediate joiners are preferredWhy Join Us
