Qualifications

Required Skills

Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant or similar role with a focus on order-to-cash and order-to-bill processes.

In-depth knowledge of SAP SD module configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in SAP SD.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

SAP SD certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment to achieve project objectives.

Tax based system knowledge, local / country based requirements , price configurations .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and systems (Siebel, Dell Boomi, Sales Force, SAP PO, CPQ) to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.

Configure SAP SD modules including pricing procedures, Sales setup and billing functionalities.

Provide support and guidance on the implementation of order-to-cash and order-to-bill processes.

Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functioning of SAP SD modules.

Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP SD configurations, processes, and procedures.

Deliver training sessions to end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP SD functionalities.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to SAP SD and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Possess a basic understanding of Sales Force automation tools to facilitate integration and collaboration between SAP SD and Sales Force system
