Oct–Mar : 1 : 30 PM – 10 : 30 PM IST

Mar–Oct : 12 : 30 PM – 9 : 30 PM IST (UK Business Hours)

utilities, cleaning, and property management solutions

for housing associations and commercial clients.

We manage the full lifecycle — from

energy procurement and invoice validation

to

cleaning operations and rebate reporting

— providing end-to-end operational support.

We are now expanding into a

BPO Hub in Delhi

to serve our growing UK client base.

Role Overview

We’re hiring an

experienced Customer Care & Sales Support Executive

with a background in

sales, client communication, and back-office coordination

to manage day-to-day UK client operations.

You’ll handle supplier communication, quotations, contracts, and CRM updates while supporting

sales and lead conversion .

The ideal candidate combines

customer service excellence

with a

sales-driven mindset

and has hands-on experience with UK energy suppliers or brokers.

Key Responsibilities

Daily client communication and supplier coordination.

Manage CRM data (MPAN / MPRN, supplier info, contract dates).

Prepare, draft, and submit contracts via supplier portals.

Handle quotations, renewals, and supplier objections.

Support new lead qualification and conversion through Energyex’s lead system.

Validate supplier invoices and ensure compliance with agreed terms.

Maintain accuracy and meet company SLAs.

Compensation & Incentives

Salary :

₹28,000 – ₹35,000 / month

Incentives :

3% on renewal / contract submissions

Up to 15% on converted leads (Energyex invests heavily in verified UK business leads)

Ideal Candidate

Experience with UK energy suppliers, brokers, or consultants (mandatory)

Strong sales and customer support background

Excellent written and spoken English

Skilled in CRM systems, Excel / Google Sheets

Detail-oriented, proactive, and target-driven
