About the Role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves promoting our Cybersecurity, ISMS, IT, and Project Management training courses in a B2C environment. This is an individual contributor role with defined monthly and quarterly targets along with attractive incentives for performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Engage with prospects through calls, emails, social media, and live chat

Participate in marketing activities such as webinars and workshops

Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to close sales

Maintain accurate records and reports in the system

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the education / training industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-starter with a result-driven approach

Laptop with good internet connectivity

Passion for technology and cybersecurity

Knowledge of ISMS / Cybersecurity training will be an advantage
