About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced QA Manual Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality of a modern, scalable web platform built on React / Next.js (frontend) and headless CMS architecture (Drupal backend) . This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, agile environment where quality is a top priority.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test data for functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing

Perform manual testing for both web UI and APIs (GraphQL / REST)

Validate responsive design, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and cross-browser / device compatibility

Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure seamless delivery

Log, track, and manage issues using tools like Jira / Asana and test management platforms

Provide QA insights during requirement analysis and agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, demos)

Conduct web security and compliance testing (OWASP, GDPR, CCPA)

Required Skills

• 5+ years in QA / testing of modern web applications
• Strong proficiency in testing React / Next.js UIs
• Hands-on API testing (GraphQL & REST, auth, error handling, performance)
• Experience with bug tracking & test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, qTest)
• Responsive design & cross-browser / device testing expertise
• Accessibility compliance testing (WCAG 2.1 AA)
• Git version control (branching, collaboration)
• Agile / Scrum methodology experience
• Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills
• Web security & data privacy knowledge
