Description : Summary :
This entry-level position supports the Digital Solutions application development team by bridging business needs and IT capabilities. The Digital Solutions Business Analyst will assist in gathering requirements, supporting project execution, and contributing to process improvements through digital tools. The role includes occasional travel to global manufacturing sites for face-to-face stakeholder engagements and process :
- Achieve month-on-month order booking, sales, and payment collection targets.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand IT needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Support senior analysts and project managers in requirement gathering, documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Participate in feasibility studies and estimation efforts for new digital initiatives.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to simplify or improve business processes using digital solutions.
- Work closely with development and process teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Engage in on-site workshops and discovery sessions with global manufacturing teams.
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives by assisting in creating quality standards that are defined and maintained.
Education and Experience :
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Business Analysis certification (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA) is required.2 years of experience in a business analysis or IT support role preferred.Experience working in Agile environments or familiarity with Agile methodologies is required.Experience or exposure to manufacturing environments or industries such as automotive, aerospace, or industrial engineering is a strong advantageCompetencies :
