Role : Technical Program Manager - AI Products
As a key leader , you will work directly with multiple teams across development, program / product management, to build and launch the software product solutions and drive associated programs.
Responsibilities :
- Product Strategy and Roadmap Development : Work directly with the founder’s to define and articulate the product vision and strategy. Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to gather requirements, prioritise features, and ensure successful product delivery.
- Documentation : Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that communicate product specifications and business needs to the development team.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and analyse product performance metrics post-launch to identify areas for improvement and ensure products meet user expectations and business objectives.
- Innovation and Improvement : Continuously seek opportunities for product enhancements and innovations that will drive growth and improve user satisfaction.
- Processing and massaging complex business needs and converting them into easy-to-understand functional and nonfunctional requirements that can be consumed easily by the engineering team.
- Manage the product roadmap and ensure that products are aligned with business goals
- Develop and manage product budgets
- Track product performance and make data-driven decisions
- Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of product progress

7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.5+ years of technical product or program management experience.3+ years of software development experience.5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.Experience owning / driving roadmap strategy and definition.Preferred Qualifications :
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.Experience defining KPI's / SLA's used to drive and reporting to senior leadership.About us :
