Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize machining and manufacturing processes for aerospace components.
- Prepare and review process planning documents and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with design and manufacturing standards.
- Support cost estimation activities, including should-costing.
- Manage and improve shop floor operations for enhanced process efficiency.
- Oversee and validate heat treatment, surface finishing, plating, and coating processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
5–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering for aerospace or precision components.Hands-on knowledge of machining, sheet metal processes, and manufacturing workflows.Experience with casting, forging, and plastic manufacturing preferred.Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.Familiarity with heat treatment, surface processing, coatings, plating, welding, riveting, and assembly operations.Knowledge of raw material families and technical specifications.Immediate joiners within 15–20 days only
