Technical Service (Skincare)

Responsibilities

Purpose - Technical service for personal care-application

1.    End to End Research & Development Activities in formulation for skin care

2.    Specialist in all skin care formulations and color cosmetics knowing the application of silicone elastomer gels in them

3.    Sound knowledge and experience of RM sourcing for the skin care formulations (cream, lotion, face wash, soap, etc) and color cosmetics (lipstick, lip gloss, foundation etc)

4.    Application on skin with the formulations using machine and also manual check

5.    Knowledge of third party who can do skin care evaluation market survey.

6.    Hair care formulations like shampoo, cream, conditioner

7.    Silicone handling in the formulations

8.    Customer Interaction preferable

9.    Understand customers technical requirements and develop product meeting the specification, process and price requirements.

10. Time plan for the development.

11. Coordination and team work with sales team for the developments.

12. Coordination with production team for formulation transfer and pilot production.

13. Raw material planning in coordination with purchasing department and sales plan.

14. Process trouble shooting at customer‘s end for offering solutions.

15. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.

Qualifications

Minimum B.Sc in Chemistry

Relevant Years of Experience

3-5 Yrs experience & exposure in the field of skin care(mainly) and haircare
