Position : Marketing Intern (Possibility of Full-time conversion)

Location : Online

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Management :

Plan, create, and post engaging content on Instagram and LinkedIn.

Ideate and execute creative concepts for reels, images, stories, and carousels.

Handle post boosting and ensure maximum engagement and reach.

2. Digital Advertising :

Manage and optimize Google Ads and social media ad campaigns.

Develop campaign plans with defined budgets and performance targets.

Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, engagement, conversions).

3. Marketing Strategy :

Assist in creating monthly marketing calendars and promotional strategies.

Brainstorm campaign ideas aligned with product launches and updates.

4. Reporting & Analysis :

Monitor daily ad spend and campaign performance.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.

Ability to create strategic plans with clear budgets and KPIs.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual storytelling and content trends.

Experience in campaign reporting and analytics is a plus.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing or advertising.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

Familiarity with tech or app-based products will be an added advantage.
