Looking for people who are enthusiastic and love pets in running a high-energy pet store, ensuring happy pet parents, well-cared-for pets, and achievement of store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations and drive sales & add-on products (treats, accessories, grooming, nutrition).
- Lead and support the floor team : scheduling, basic training, motivation and discipline.
- Ensure warm, consultative service to pet parents; handle queries and complaints with empathy.
- Maintain store standards : product display, hygiene, play areas, grooming zones, and trial areas.
- Oversee basic inventory : GRN, stock checks, expiries, replenishment and shrinkage control.
- Support in daily reports : sales, footfall, key products, grooming bookings, WhatsApp / online leads.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, billing, cash handling and safety norms for pets & people.
Requirements
1–3 years’ experience in retail / customer-facing roles (pet or lifestyle retail preferred).Genuine love for pets and comfort interacting with dogs / cats in-store.Strong communication skills, basic Excel / POS knowledge, and willingness to work shifts / weekends.
