Job description

The Video Editor & Graphic Designer will handle all video and graphic design requirements for Mavlers and will be an independent contributor. Core responsibilities include editing recorded videos into engaging content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook, as well as implementing and analyzing them.

We’re looking for a proactive account manager who excels at building and nurturing client relationships, driving measurable outcomes, and ensuring smooth execution of digital marketing and CRM campaigns. This role calls for a strategic thinker who can balance client satisfaction with business growth, using data, communication, and collaboration to deliver results.

Special Skill Sets

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator & Figma
Proficient in video editing
Ability to create long-form videos (e.G., podcast-style for YouTube) and short-form videos (e.G., Reels, Shorts).
Knowledge of graphic design for thumbnails, banners, and social posts.
Should have a strong understanding of service video editing and should have worked with different animations.
Understanding of social media platform requirements, creative sizes, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-end handling of video editing and graphic design for recorded videos repurposed for social media.

Create long-form content for YouTube and short-form content optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.

Design graphics like thumbnails, banners, and social media posts to complement videos and enhance engagement.

Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and recognizable visual identity across platforms.

Work independently, including identifying the most impactful timestamps from recorded videos (e.G., Q&A / Webinars) for engaging short clips and teasers.

Develop videos and graphics that resonate with audiences, turning everyday recordings into shareable, viral-worthy content.

Skills Required :

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma

Strong creative and technical skills in both video editing and graphic design.

Ability to work independently, make decisions confidently, and deliver high-quality content without constant supervision.

Education, Expertise & Experience : 3+ years in video editing and graphic design.

Strong portfolio showcasing social media video creation (long-form and short-form).

Understanding of the marketing industry and its trends.
