About the role :

As a full-time audit professional, you would be the main point of contact from Sentient for the tasks assigned by the client / engagement teams and be responsible for the timeliness and quality of deliverables along with managing day-to-day operations of those client / engagements. Responsibilities include :

This role primarily focuses on clients in the Employee Benefit Plans (EBP) . You will also involved in various engagement types , including Reviews, Audits, and Compilations , ensuring thorough and compliant execution of each engagement.

Responsibilities :

• Perform engagement and deliver high-quality work as per the audit methodology and in line with the client / engagement team expectations.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of aligned client / engagement and audit methodology while performing various procedures, along with knowledge of audit tools to make execution more efficient and meaningful.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with the client / engagement team.
• Proactively discuss workflow management with the client / engagement team and monitoring performance against standards. Monitor utilization for self budget to actuals, and other operational matters.
• Demonstrate professionalism, competence and clarity of communication when dealing with the client / engagement team.
• Identify opportunities to improve the scope of work.
• Standardize execution processes along with leveraging best practices across one’s aligned client / engagements or beyond.
• Motivate team members, identify and foster key talents.
• Be responsible for various operational matters related to client / engagements aligned.
• Lead by example.
