What You’ll
DoSupport t he full lifecy cle of pharmaceutical products—from development to market launch and post-market monitoring—using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.Condu ct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modell ing to inform product and marketing strategies.Build and optimi se automated data pipeli nes (e.g., in Dataiku) to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.Develop and prese nt interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentati ons to communicate findings to stakeholders.Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights in to scalable, productised soluti ons that align with our platform vision.Collaborate with regional analytics teams, shari ng best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL query ing to ensure consistent quality and innovation.Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Essential Crit
eria5+ years’ experi ence in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregati on s), Py thon (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation too ls (Power BI, Excel VBA / Macros, Power Q uery).Strong background in healthcare analy tics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KO MODO.Experience w ith predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecas ting.Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentat ions.Degree in a quantitative discipline (e. g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Econo mics).Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
