Manager, QA Assurance (Automation)

We are looking for a skilled and passionate QA Manager to join our team working on Qualys’ Next-Generation Platform & Middleware. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers and architects to design, develop, and maintain a robust automation regression test bed and a scalable QA framework. Your work will directly impact the quality and performance of cutting-edge features across the Qualys Platform.

You will lead efforts in testing product functionality and performance, building utilities for automated testing, and applying advanced methodologies to ensure top-tier product quality. This position is based in our fastest-growing R&D center in Pune, India, and is an integral part of our global engineering organization.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the Automation & Manual QA Effort on all the products and features in the group
• Install / Test / verify multiple components that comprise a product with the intention to certify that the product conforms to the requirements and is ready for release
• Develop and maintain test plans and test cases with complete test coverage
• Design and develop automation framework using Java, Nodejs, Python, Cucumber, JMeter, etc.
• Execute tests and provide quality test status reports while meeting schedule commitments
• Build and develop automated performance benchmarks on all releases across all the products
• Ability to work independently on own tasks and collaboratively with the rest of the team to achieve common goals
• Build a team of sharp QA automation experts
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers locally and globally to understand the testing requirements
