Agile Delivery Lead

Responsibilities :

• Liaison & Collaboration : Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparency in deliverables across multiple scrum teams (pods).
• Agile Process Management : Lead daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives, driving consistency and performance across multiple teams.
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation : Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable User Stories, Use Cases, Functional Requirements, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Product Backlog Management : Utilize Jira to maintain and manage the product backlog, track progress, and ensure traceability from requirements through to delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Regularly communicate with clients to validate requirements, gather feedback, and provide timely progress updates.
• Collaboration Across Teams : Partner closely with developers, QA, UX / UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery meets business goals and user needs.
• Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, mockups, and process flows using tools like Balsamiq, Figma, and Adobe XD to visually support requirement clarity and enhance the development process.
• UAT & Quality Assurance : Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure final product delivery aligns with business objectives and requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting : Ensure all project documentation is kept up-to-date, maintaining accuracy and completeness throughout the project lifecycle.
