Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in automation, cloud technologies, and CI / CD practices, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of mission-critical systems. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to streamline software delivery and enhance system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Implement and optimize CI / CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal uptime.
  • Drive security best practices across infrastructure, deployments, and operations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to embed DevOps principles into the SDLC.
  • Establish and maintain observability frameworks (logging, monitoring, alerting).
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices and culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Expertise in CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, CircleCI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in scripting / programming languages (Python, Bash, Go, etc.).
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with monitoring / observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration fundamentals.
