Technical Recruiter

Job Responsibilities :

• Working on end to end recruitment process
• Sourcing candidates through different job portals, social networks, and headhunting
• Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites
• Preliminary screening / conduct first level telephonic interview / shortlisting the right profile against the given requirement
• Schedule the interviews with different level / clients and follow up for the feedbacks
• Following up with shortlisted candidates till they on-board
• Analyzing and understanding the technical recruitment process
• Collaborate effectively with Team leads to drive a high level of performance
• Ensuring adherence to process
