Estimation Engineer (Civil)

The Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project budgets for marble and stone works. In addition to estimation, the role includes project supervision, site-coordination, and ensuring alignment between client requirements, design, production, and installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and BOQs for marble and stone projects.
• Conduct site visits to verify measurements, technical requirements, and project scope.
• Supervise project execution stages (drafting, fabrication, installation) to ensure compliance with design and budget.
• Review architectural drawings and prepare cut lists, shop drawings, and material take-offs in coordination with drafting and CNC teams.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain updated pricing for materials, accessories, and subcontracted works.
• Ensure project progress is monitored, cost variances are reported, and corrective actions are recommended.
• Support sales and project management teams in providing technical clarifications to clients.
• Prepare periodic project status reports for management.
