Job Title : Motion Graphics Designer

About the role :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Motion Graphics Designer with a strong advertising agency background to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring concepts to life with high-impact motion design, animation, and visual storytelling that aligns with brand strategy and marketing goals.

You should have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of visual communication, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments while juggling multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, video content, presentations, and advertisements.
Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, video editors, and strategists to deliver compelling visual narratives.
Translate campaign concepts into engaging motion design assets (2D / 3D animation, typographic animation, explainer videos, etc.).
Work with brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and storyboarding.
Optimize motion assets for different digital platforms (web, mobile, OTT, etc.).
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation tools, and advertising techniques.

Requirements :

5+ years of proven experience in motion graphics design, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.

Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion design projects, including commercial and campaign work.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is a strong plus.

Solid understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling through animation.

Familiarity with video editing, sound design, and basic compositing.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative creative team.

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Nice to have :

Experience with UI / UX animation or interactive media.

Basic scripting or expressions knowledge in After Effects.

Experience working with clients from diverse industries.

Understanding of marketing funnels and performance-driven content.
