Job descriptionParticipate in end-to-end Salesforce implementation including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Execute platform configurations - user roles, permissions, security settings, and automation rules. Ensure all changes comply with governance, coding standards, and CI / CD processes. Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and integration frameworks. Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data consistency across systems. Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality, bug-free code. Support release management : change sets, metadata deployment, packaging, and environment management. Collaborate with QA teams to support testing cycles and UAT. Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve system performance and user experience. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce administration. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits. Experience with REST / SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and platform events. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI / CD pipelines
Description :
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, customization, and integration.
You will directly contribute to building scalable, high-impact cloud solutions across multiple domains including digital transformation, supply chain, logistics, sustainability, and customer experience.
This role is perfect for developers passionate about building robust Salesforce applications that support global enterprises in modernizing their business processes.
Key Responsibilities Development & Customization :
- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components.
- Build and maintain custom objects, workflows, process builders, flows, page layouts, and validation rules.
- Develop scalable, reusable components and modules aligned with Salesforce standards and best practices.
