Richfeel Naturals is a fast-growing beauty and wellness brand with a mission to deliver high-quality natural products across India. We are expanding our digital footprint and looking for a dynamic E-commerce Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing, dispatches, and inventory management.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including account managers, logistics partners, and customer support.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and content accuracy.
• Track sales, returns, and operational metrics to ensure business continuity.
• Support in the execution of campaigns, offers, and new product launches.
• Identify and resolve operational issues on marketplaces on time.
