🌿 We’re Hiring : Empathetic Listeners for HearZu 💙

Type : Part-time / Freelance / Volunteer 🧠 About HearZu

HearZu is a safe, judgment-free space where people can talk about their feelings, stress, loneliness, or daily struggles — and feel truly heard .

We’re building a platform that connects people with trained, empathetic listeners who care.

💬 What You’ll Do

Listen actively and empathetically to users during 1 : 1 text or voice sessions.
Create a non-judgmental, safe, and supportive environment.
Follow HearZu’s conversation ethics and confidentiality standards.
Attend short training / orientation sessions before going live.

❤️ What We’re Looking For

Excellent listening and communication skills.

Emotionally mature, compassionate, and patient personality.

Fluent in English and / or Hindi (knowing regional languages is a plus).

Background in psychology, counseling, mental health, or just a natural empath.

Available for at least 4–6 hours per week.

🎓 Bonus Points

Experience in mental health NGOs, peer support groups, or counseling helplines.

Certification in active listening, psychology, or related fields.
