Description

Highly skilled and experienced Appian Technical Lead  to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of Appian-based business process management (BPM) solutions.

Guide the architecture and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications while mentoring developers and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Appian BPM applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Oversee the development lifecycle and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Define best practices for coding, testing, and deployment within the Appian ecosystem.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high application availability and performance.
• Integrate Appian applications with external systems using Web APIs, Web Services, and other integration mechanisms.
• Prepare technical documentation including solution architecture, technical design, and support guides.
• Stay updated with Appian product enhancements and advocate for continuous improvement.
