Key Responsibilities :

  • Market Research : Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Client Engagement : Visit clients to promote products / services, present solutions, and build long-term relationships.
  • Special Projects : Manage and oversee special projects aimed at solving challenges and improving business operations.
  • Problem Solving : Tackle client issues from various perspectives to provide effective solutions.
  • Client Relationships : Maintain positive relationships with key accounts to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Education : UG – Any Graduate.
  • Experience : 5–7 years of proven experience in sales or business development with expertise in freight forwarding and air cargo .
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills .
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client interaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
