Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms . 0–1 year of experience in software development (freshers are welcome to apply). Willingness to learn, adapt, and work under pressure . Knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL) is an added advantage. Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills . Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Junior Software Trainee to join our development team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-stage professionals to kickstart their careers in software development and gain hands-on experience with one of the fastest-growing programming languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply Golang fundamentals and best practices.
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of backend services and APIs.
- Work closely with senior developers to understand system requirements and architecture .
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code .
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend, QA, and DevOps .
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies .
Requirements
Location Preference : Candidates from Kerala are strongly preferred.
