We are seeking a talented and experienced UI / UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a strong grasp of visual design, and the ability to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences. As a UI / UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and shape user interfaces that align with our brand identity and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate closely with the product team to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements, translating them into outstanding user experiences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and user interactions effectively.
Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Work with developers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architectures to guide design decisions.
Maintain a consistent design language and pattern library across all digital touchpoints.
Optimize interfaces for responsive design, ensuring a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to integrate innovative solutions.
Collaborate with content teams to ensure harmonious integration of visual and textual elements.
Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and iterate based on stakeholder input.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and help elevate the overall design process.
Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to create comprehensive design solutions.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.

Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and collaboration tools.

Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback effectively.

Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Strong communication skills to present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to iterate designs based on feedback and user insights.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
