Job Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Tech Lead with 10–13 years of experience to lead the development of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in .NET Core , React , Cloud platforms (GCP / Azure) , Kubernetes , and CI / CD pipelines , along with a strong foundation in software architecture and design patterns .

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications.

Drive cloud-native development using GCP or Azure , including container orchestration with Kubernetes .

Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Apply design patterns and architectural principles to ensure maintainability and scalability.

Mentor and guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.

Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application responsiveness and reliability.

Technical Skills Required :

Backend : .NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs, Entity Framework

Frontend : React.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, Redux, HTML5, CSS3

Cloud Platforms : Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure

DevOps & Containers : Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

Architecture : Microservices, Event-driven architecture, API Gateway

Design Patterns : MVC, Repository, Singleton, Factory, Dependency Injection

Databases : SQL Server, MongoDB, Cosmos DB

Version Control : Git, GitHub / GitLab

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in cloud-native application development and deployment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
