Fashion Design & Merchandising Professional

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer cum Merchandiser to join our Design & Production team. This role offers hands-on experience in sampling, fabric sourcing, vendor coordination, and collection development - ideal for freshers or early-career designers eager to work in a fast-fashion environment. Key Responsibilities :

Assist with sampling, fabric / trim sourcing, and vendor coordination

Support design development, including mood boards and tech packs

Conduct market research on trends, fabrics, and competitors

Participate in quality checks and production follow-ups

Requirements :

Graduate in Fashion, Textiles, or a related field

0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome)

Strong interest in both design and merchandising / production

Basic knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction

Well-organized, good communication skills, proficient in MS Office
