We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Retail Marketing to contribute towards retail marketing strategy, experiential campaigns, activations, and execution across retail stores – existing and new. The role will focus on driving customer growth, brand visibility, and engagement through CRM, experiential marketing, immersive events, activations, and partnerships. You’ll combine strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven insights to deliver impactful consumer experiences and measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute annual calendars with 360-degree marketing initiatives for all stores
- Identify, plan and implement localized marketing initiatives that connect and build community presence.
- Work on CRM-led campaigns such as vouchers, loyalty initiatives, and customer retention programs in coordination with the CRM team.
- Develop targeted, curated marketing interventions for stores that require additional support to strengthen performance.
- Support marketing rollouts for new stores, including post-launch engagement.
- Partner cross-functionally with Retail Operations, VM, CRM, Brand Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain — to ensure timely and seamless execution of campaigns.
- Track and report campaign performance and ROI, using insights to refine future initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity and category trends to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Translate brand & business objectives into measurable outcomes (footfall, acquisition, ROI, loyalty).
What We’re Looking For :
Minimum 5 years’ marketing experienceBackground in retail with a premium / luxury brand preferredProven track record in executing store-level marketing and activation campaigns.Strong vendor negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate it into actionable insights.Excellent communication, presentation, and creative thinking abilities.
