Role Description

K L University is seeking qualified candidates for the roles of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor. This full-time, on-site position is based in Vijayawada. Responsibilities include delivering engaging lectures, mentoring students, conducting research in respective fields, publishing scholarly work, and contributing to curriculum development. Faculty members are also expected to participate in departmental meetings and activities while staying updated with advancements in their areas of expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching and communication skills to effectively communicate complex concepts and mentor students.
• In-depth subject knowledge and expertise in academic disciplines relevant to the position.
• Experience in research, scholarly publication, and the ability to secure research funding.
• Familiarity with curriculum design, pedagogical strategies, and assessment methodologies.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and tools to enhance learning experiences.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in the relevant field (Ph.D. preferred).
• Prior academic or industry experience is an advantage.
