Role Description

Identify, negotiate, and close leasing opportunities for prime F&B, retail, and mall spaces.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, tenants, mall operators, and property partners.

Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams on market research, design, and brand positioning.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in retail, F&B, and

mall leasing .

Strong negotiation and networking skills.

Knowledge of the retail & F&B landscape in

India .

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
