Role Description

• Identify, negotiate, and close leasing opportunities for prime F&B, retail, and mall spaces.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, tenants, mall operators, and property partners.
• Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams on market research, design, and brand positioning.
