About the Role :

Fulcrum Digital is looking for an experienced

Technology Delivery Manager

with strong expertise in

Data and Analytics

to drive solution delivery for our clients in the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of technology with strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring seamless delivery in a customer-centric, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects for financial services clients.

Manage project planning, execution, and governance to ensure timely and quality outcomes.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating business needs into technical deliverables.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams — engineering, data science, and business — to drive results.

Identify opportunities to enhance client value through innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.

10–15+

years of experience in technology delivery, with a strong focus on

data and analytics .

Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale projects in the

financial services / banking

domain.

Strong stakeholder and client management experience, ideally in a service-based environment.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Based in or open to relocation to

Coimbatore or Pune .
