Job descriptionAct as the primary representative of NxtWave in external engagements with CXOs, industry leaders, corporate foundations, and government bodies. Build and nurture long-term, high-impact relationships that result in measurable growth and strategic positioning. Develop compelling proposals, partnership models, and strategic MoUs aligned with partner objectives and NxtWave’s future roadmap. Lead negotiation and closure of collaborations involving talent pipelines, co-certifications, skilling alliances, or brand amplification. Represent the organization at leadership forums, conferences, panel discussions, industry roundtables, and innovation events. Drive thought leadership initiatives that position NxtWave as the national enabler for emerging tech workforce development. Leverage AI tools, market intelligence platforms, and automation workflows to identify new opportunities and track partnership ROI. Continuously scan the tech ecosystem to align NxtWave’s offerings with emerging technologies and future workforce trends. Number of Strategic Partnerships Onboarded Value Created via CSR / Skilling Alliances AI / Emerging Tech Collaborations Launched Partner-led Hiring & Certification Pipelines Activated Strategic Event Participation & Brand Reach Long-term MOU Conversions & Execution Outcomes 1–5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, enterprise alliances, CSR / business development, or consulting roles. Understanding of technology industry trends, AI ecosystem, and digital transformation initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in GSuite, CRM tools, partnership automation platforms, and AI-based research tools. Strategic & Vision-Oriented – Ability to see long-term value and build ecosystem leverage. Relationship-Driven – Capable of engaging senior stakeholders with professionalism and influence. Innovation Mindset – Passion for emerging technologies and collaborative disruption. Ownership & Agility – Executes independently with high accountability and pace.

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will play a leadership role in building ecosystem-level partnerships across AI, technology, corporate enterprises, CSR foundations, and innovation networks to accelerate NxtWave and NIAT’s mission of creating a future-ready tech workforce. This is not an operations role—it is a strategic growth role focused on forging high-value, long-term partnerships that unlock talent, innovation, branding, and industry collaboration opportunities at scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Collaboration & Ecosystem Development
- Identify and onboard strategic partners across AI, digital technology, enterprise innovation, workforce development platforms, and national capability networks.
- Drive partnerships for talent enablement, curriculum integration, certifications, hiring alliances, CSR-driven skilling initiatives, and co-branded programs.
