Job Overview

Under broad guidance provides technical assistance and hands on-participation to maintain, troubleshoot and manage enterprise

applications.

Essential Functions

Work on Monitoring, Observability & AIOPS area with tools like Datadog, Splunk, GROK Fix, Bigpanda, & Solarwinds Orion.

Develop automation and orchestration capabilities which will allow monitoring team to operate at scale

Work with NOC / SOC to provide 24 / 7 availability of our service offerings

Document platform issues / problems for incidents requiring system changes

Ensure comprehensive monitoring of all systems including creation of dashboards.

Work on the assigned projects as per the requirement of the team

Participate in development and delivery of new service offerings based on exiting suite of monitoring tools.

Provide training and mentoring to new team members

Ensure that systems documentation and CMDB are kept up to date

Participation in on-call rotation for monitoring platform related issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of related experience

Experience in Workflow automation and Scripting will be an added advantage.
