Job Title : Brand Manager — Track’d & Wave Earplugs Location : Faridabad / Delhi NCR Job Type : Full-Time (In-Office) Experience : 1–4 years Apply at : About the Role We’re hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Brand Manager to lead two major verticals under Techno Be With You (TBWY) — Track’d, our YouTube music platform showcasing artists across India, and Wave Earplugs, our fast-growing festival earplug brand. This role needs someone who can think independently, manage multiple moving parts, and run both brands like a mini-founder. Key Responsibilities Track’d (YouTube Music Platform) Plan and manage artist shoots, schedules, concepts, and locations Coordinate with the founder, creative team, and production team Own pre-production and on-ground execution during shoots Maintain shoot calendars, logistics, and follow-ups Work closely with editors, content teams, agencies, and artists Wave Earplugs (Festival & D2C Brand) Oversee packaging, sampling, QC, and production timelines Plan product drops, festival collaborations, and brand activations Support the BD team on collaboration decks and partnership deliverables Ensure timely inventory tracking and product readiness Coordinate with content creators for marketing assets Cross-Brand Responsibilities Maintain weekly trackers, calendars, and progress reports Work closely with agency partners for social media deliverables Ensure smooth execution of launches and collaborations Bring new ideas to life quickly with the founder & creative team Communicate with vendors, artists, and partners professionally What We’re Looking For 1–4 years experience in brand management, D2C, events, or project coordination Excellent organisational and execution skills Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple projects Strong communication and vendor management abilities Creative mindset with the ability to take initiative Interest in music culture, festivals, creators, or youth brands Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment Salary Range ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month (Compensation depends on experience and overall fit) What You’ll Love About Working With Us Work directly with the founder on high-energy creative projects Be part of India’s fast-growing festival, music, and youth brand ecosystem Lead real initiatives, not just support them Freedom to experiment, build, and take ownership Rapid learning and growth in a multi-brand environment How to Apply Submit your CV + a short note on why you’d be a good fit :
