Expert in managing the product life cycle who serves as a point of contact for various
domain leads and stakeholders.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Manage product life cycle of automobile components by using DOE tools, DVPs and acting
as single point of contact across multiple domain leads and stakeholders.
Manage, oversee, and assist with research and development projects from concept to
completion.
Provide technical support, including research and development, for various phases of
material processing by working with Matter CFT members. This includes experimentation
with new materials and processes to expand and improve the product performance to
meet customer requirements.
Analyse failed mass production components or assemblies; Test components and vehicles
to identify failure and simulate potential causes / influences.
Create a testing strategy for a specific issue and carry out the necessary testing with
laboratory analysis equipment.
Analyse failures in the gearbox, chassis, body structure, motor, battery components of Al,
Steel and copper alloys.
Product audits and metallurgical analyses of PPAP samples are carried out.
Product audits for matter and suppliers are performed on a regular basis.
Evaluate new products, processes, and supplier on Matter.
Communicate results to CFT and business units.
Participated in the development of a root cause analysis strategy and FMEA
documentation to manage the team's failure mode knowledge.
