Urgent Hiring : Electricians & Helpers | Ludhiana Location

We are looking for skilled Electricians and Helpers to join our team immediately for ongoing industrial / electrical projects in Ludhiana.

Position :

Electrician (25–35 Nos.)

Helper

Job Details : Location : Ludhiana

Working Hours : 12 hours (including 1-hour lunch break)

Shift : Day & Night (as required)

Accommodation : Provided (Food not included)

Salary :

Electrician : 25,000 – 30,000 (based on experience & skills)

Helper : 20,000

Key Skills & Responsibilities (for Electricians) :

Knowledge of basic electrical tools

Understanding of AC / DC current, RYB phase, and Three-phase systems

Experience in cable laying and termination (up to 300 sqmm)

Familiarity with thimbles, glands, and cable types

Electrical panel work, including MCB / MCCB / RCBO / RCCB termination

Good understanding of Earthing, its standard values, and importance

Awareness of Electrical Safety Standards

Additional Details :

Must be willing to work day / night shifts as required

ESI & PF deductions as per government norms
