• 🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
• Understand student needs and guide them to the right courses offered by WebConvoy Academy.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for student enquiries.
• Convert leads into enrolments through clear communication and counselling.
• Explain course modules, fees, career benefits, and placement support.
• Maintain follow-ups with potential students to maximise conversions.
• Keep records updated in CRM and maintain daily reporting.
• Build trust with students and provide genuine, career-focused guidance.
• Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth workflow.
• Resolve student queries and ensure a positive experience throughout their journey.
• 🔹 Required Skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing ability and student-handling confidence.
• Basic understanding of EdTech, career trends, and digital courses.
• Ability to manage targets and deadlines.
• Proactive, positive, and student-friendly personality.
• Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
• 🔹 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0–1 years of counselling or sales experience (EdTech experience preferred).
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
