As the Regional Ops Lead, you will be the P&L owner for your city.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive business growth, operational excellence, and people management across hubs.
You will build and lead a city team, ensure flawless execution, and deliver outcomes aligned with Pronto's aggressive scale-up plans.
This role is suited for a hands-on operator with strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a 0-1 high-growth startup environment.
Own end-to-end P&L for the city; deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets.
Sync up for adequate supply base (domestic help, workers) with the central supply team while ensuring quality and reliability.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and NPS improvements along with central CX team
Build partnerships with local ecosystem players where relevant.
Ensure flawless city operations across hubs - daily supply fulfilment, attendance, service SLAs.
Build and implement SOPs for hub operations, escalations, and workforce productivity.
Continuously analyze performance metrics to drive efficiency and reduce leakages.
Hire, lead, and mentor Hub Managers, Cluster Managers, and Supervisors.
Instill accountability and high performance culture across the city team.
Ensure effective training, motivation, and engagement of ground teams.
Ensure statutory and process compliance across payroll, attendance, reimbursements, and safety.
Manage grievances and resolve escalations with a customer-first approach.
Work closely with Central HR, CX, Supply, Finance, and Tech teams to execute business plans.
Provide city-level insights to product and central leadership for strategy refinement.
