CTC : Depending on the Experience

Reporting To : Management / Director

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales function at Vform Technopacks Limited. The ideal candidate will be a street-smart, result-oriented professional with strong sales leadership skills, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and the ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.

Industry connections will be an added advantage; however, we are open to candidates from diverse industries who demonstrate high energy, adaptability, and a strong drive for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales & Marketing function across regions, based out of Mumbai.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and collection targets.
  • Build, nurture, and expand strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy client relationships.
  • Represent the company brand effectively and enhance market visibility.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Travel extensively across regions to drive business growth and client engagement.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience : Minimum 15–20 years in Sales & Marketing, with proven leadership experience.
  • Education : Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
  • Skills & Attributes :
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate, energetic, and highly driven towards targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
  • Street-smart with problem-solving and decision-making capability.

  • Work Schedule : 6 days a week (office or travel).
  • Location : Candidate must be based in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai.
