Job description

Role : Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant(integration exp is must have)

Exp : 3 to 12Yrs

Location : Pan India (LTIMindtree Offices)

  • Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant + ADP / any integration (BIP Reports)
  • Assist in assessing the technical feasibility against business requirements
  • Define the technical design document against the Functional design or business requirements
  • Building prototype with functional team
  • Development of code packages and migration to different environments
  • Should be able to create HSDL based Spreadsheet loaders
  • Should be able to use OBTI to create analysis reports of simple to medium complexity

Technical Skills Knowledge

  • Payroll elements fast formulas and costing setup
  • Payroll flows checklists and payroll processing
  • Understanding of Payroll tables Payroll PayRun results
  • Writing fast formulas for calculations validations and element configurations Balance Initia4lization and validation of formulas
  • HCM Data loader HDL HCM spreadsheet data loader HSDL
