At Babblebots, our love affair with AI started with VoiceAI. Then we moved to documents, then intelligent conversations and AI based assessments. And the journey is just starting. We are excited to push the frontiers of AI to solve the $500B problem of talent - how to connect the best talent, to the best opportunity. Fast! We have been building an AI-Agent called an AI-Recruiter, before this term was coined. It has progressively turned into a multi-agent, multi modal AI platform.

Babblebots.ai is founded by a team of IITians and serial entrepreneurs. We are based out of Mumbai and love to work in person from our office at IIT-Bombay (Powai).

We have closed a seed fund round recently. We are adding some kick-ass team members to 10x our impact in the next 12 months.

You will thrive here if :

• You have worked at a fast growing startup before. If you have worked on a PLG product, it would be awesome

Salary : 30 - 50 LPA + ESOPs depending on experience
