Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve regional revenue targets for 2W batteries.
  • Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retail networks within the assigned region.
  • Implement effective channel strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure efficient demand forecasting, inventory management, and timely collections.
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and service teams for regional initiatives.
  • Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in 2-wheeler battery sales.
  • Proven track record of managing large territories and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong network of distributors, dealers, and retailers in the assigned region.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
