About Us :

MedSupply is a Toronto-based distributor of medical supplies and equipment, serving long-term care homes and healthcare providers across Canada. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual in India to help manage our Shopify website and keep our online storefront organized and optimized.

Role Overview :

This is a support role focused primarily on data entry and basic website upkeep, with some involvement in SEO tasks. You’ll be working closely with our SEO consultant and blog writer to ensure our product and collection pages are optimized for search visibility.

Pay Range : ₹200–₹300 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

  • Add new products to our Shopify website (titles, images, descriptions, prices, categories)
  • Maintain and organize product collections for ease of navigation
  • Ensure accurate and complete product details across all listings
  • Perform regular checks to correct errors, broken links, or outdated content
  • Update product availability and basic inventory data

SEO Responsibilities :

  • Write or edit product titles and meta descriptions to include relevant keywords
  • Ensure image alt text and file names follow SEO best practices
  • Support internal linking between product, collection, and blog pages
  • Coordinate with the SEO writer to align product descriptions and keywords
  • Follow SEO checklists provided by the SEO consultant

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
  • Basic understanding of on-page SEO best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and Google Docs
  • Good communication skills and collaborative mindset
