Role Overview
As a Sales Specialist , you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and offering customized solutions from our portfolio. This is a high-visibility role that demands strong communication , a consultative approach , and the ability to build lasting relationships .
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients through outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
Understand client challenges, goals, and business context to propose the most relevant Brego solutions.
Deliver persuasive pitches and presentations with flawless verbal and written communication .
Nurture leads and manage a sales pipeline through the full sales cycle — from first contact to deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to ensure smooth handovers and high client satisfaction.
Keep CRM systems up to date and maintain detailed records of all client interactions.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills — this is non-negotiable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Ability to grasp and explain complex solutions in a simple, client-friendly manner.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working with targets and timelines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
