Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Ahmedabad. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll.
- Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Assist in internal audits and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and financial institutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of tax laws, GST, and financial regulations.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
